Wait, so this is basicly a program that finds the exact place where it is and then you go delete it?

pretty much, stm tells you the name and where it is. then you just type in that whole code with the name in it into the command prompt window just like you see in the video, and that code will tell windows to never run that file again basically disabling/killing it.
