Why is Zone Alarm the most user unfriendly peice of garbage software offered for Firewall?

I wonder that myself. I actually don’t think its that hard to use, but I do think its a piece of garbage. I like to manually configure my firewall, but zone alarm would block out stuff that I didn’t even specify. Instead I did a little research online and found COMODO firewall. It still has some issues, but its not nearly as annoying as ZoneAlarm. Plus its FREE!

What type of problem are you having with it? I have use ZA for as long as I can remember and never had a problem. I would recommend it to anyone.
Email them and explain your problem to them, they will reply quickly. I’m sorry you are having issues. ZA is a great product.

i use it, seems kinda pretty easy to use and has more options that other firewalls i tried…

I use zone alarm and have never had any problems with it at all. Its probably the easiest firewall to set up and maintain.
Pop up….”X Program wants access to internt. Allow or Deny”.
I found just hitting the allow or deny button and check marking the “always remember” seems to work for me.
