Norton is a waste of time. You only need 1 firewall, having multiples can cause conflicts

no you should not be doing that. just use one firewall or windows firewall if you want

double software firewalls will not help you in any way.
It will likely also cause problems with softwares on your computer that need to bypass the firewall as well.
There is absolutely no reason to run two software firewalls when 1 is known to work as described.

If you have more than one it will slow you down and burn a little space but they wont block out each other I recommend AVG or Mcfee

No. Two or more firewalls will conflict with each other and will slow down your computer. This will not help you in any way.
Also, I will recommend using the default windows firewall with AVG Free Edition (no actuall firewall, just antivirus software with realtime scanning- and that’s where the major help is).
Also, another recommendation: If you decide not to go with AVG, don’t go with Norton. Not only does that piece of software colflict with any other antivirus program, it conflicts with itself.
