How do I remove zone alarm when i lost my password?

1). Start your PC in SAFE MODE..(2) Open “C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs” folder…(3) Delete *.RDB files viz BACKUP.RDB, IAMDB.RDB …(4) Restart in normal mode…….that’s it..ZA will start with fresh default settings that too without any password

man thats a tough situation, i would…huh!i dk,go to a frys electronic or walmart where ever they selll computers

If supermans solution does not work, you could also try running msconfig from the Start - Run button. It has a Startup Tab. Scroll down the program list and look for the ZoneAlarm , Minilog and True Vector entries and mark them “don’t run” by un-checking the box and then clicking on Apply. Reboot your system and ZoneAlarm won’t be there. You can then uninstall
