All those instructions cleans out your browser temp files. It might just be your internet browser. So just look up on the internet for some different internet browsers for ex..Mozzila Firefox, Internet Explorer 7, Safari, Google Chrome(Fastest), and Opera. It freezes if i have more than one picture at a time loading. I think that might be because a bug in their uploader because its happened to some of my friends to. Have her try to upload one at a time. Maybe you do have a virus, i use McAfee virus scan, it works for me, maybe you need to buy a virus protector. or re-new a subscription to your old one.
