How can i get rid of WinAntiVirus/WinAntiSpyware?

If there is a program [whatever it may be] you are not able to unstall.. reboot your computer in safe mode and delete its folder from Program Files.. Just keep your eyes open on what you are deleting and if some other applications are dependent on this one.
Making a restore point before doing these kind of things is always are good idea!

Winantivirus and its scam advertising and the other malware (Amaena popups) that is bundled with it, is often caused by the Trojan Vundo, also known as Virtumonde.
Most “all-purpose” anti-malware products such as AVG, Norton, Spybot S & D, etc. cannot remove or even detect Vundo, as you may have found out.
VundoFix.exe has become the standard removal tool for Vundo / Virtumondo.

Run the vundo and combo fix
Do you have firefox to protect your from spyware ?
Have you done an online virus scan ?
Have you used the free clean up tools to clean up the spyware from your temp folder ?
