    Zone alarm is an excellent firewall and I trust it implicitly. To get rid of the alerts, next time one shows up on your screen, check the box that says do not show alerts.
    The alerts are also colour coded. Green is safe and Orange caution and Red danger. If you get a green alert, look for the id address such as 101.00.010.221, copy it and in your search engine type in
    who is 101.00.010.221. You will then be taken to a site that will identify the originating computer (company or program). Then if you recognise it go to Programs in Zone alarm and make sure the relevant program is allowed access to the internet.
