I mean what are the only programs I need to save all my running on the computer. the only things I want are: iTunes the mozilla firefox picasa AIM AVG zone alarm lime wire What else, apart from those needed in my add / remove programs so that my computer and all those running smoothly? I remember deleting something once and I did not feature the iTunes. I have a Dell Computer with windows.

cannot stink off my alarm in the area. I tried going to Add / Remove Programs and remove it asks password. cannot do anything about it. I do not know what to do. Can anyoen told me how to remove the alarm from the zone? please be specific. thanks
